When should I expect my birthday rewards?

Birthday rewards are issued a month before your birthday month and expire a month after your birthday month.

What is the price of the Key Holder’s Club?

Which date am I billed?

You will be charged on the first day of the month preceding the month when the wine is available for pickup.

Which day of the month can I pick up my wine?

Your handcrafted wine is available the first day of the month.

What happens if I am unable to pick up my Wine one Month?

We will hold on to your wine as long as you need us to.

Can I ship my wines?

Yes, Key Holder’s Club Members have the option of having their wines shipped to their homes instead of picking them up, which is especially convenient for those out-of-state. If you choose to have wines shipped to you, all you need to do is let us know! We will send you the short steps to be able to pick your wines and secure a shipping date. 

How long am I committed to stay in the Club, once I become a Wine Club Key Holder Member?

A $55.00 Cancellation charge will be applied to the card on file if cancellation occurs within 180 days of the signup date.

I would like to make updates to my Membership. Where may I do that?

You can make updates to your Membership by contacting us at (706) 219-3514 or email info@kayavineyards.com. You may make changes such as credit card or billing updates, name changes, your Keyholder’s Club preferences.

How do I cancel my Membership?
