Made from our Estate Chardonnay Grapes, bottle fermented in the traditional method to create delicate small bubbles like a fine champagne. The final sparkling wine has crisp apple notes and a creamy texture and yeasty aroma.

Rich and floral with creamy vanilla notes and flavors of orange blossom and apricot.

STAINLESS STEEL CHARDONNAY - $13 | $41

Clean and bright with a nice acidity that is the focal point with citrus, crisp apple, and pear.

PINOT GRIGIO - $12 | $25

A crisp and refreshing pinot grigio from organically grown Sonoma County, CA grapes. Flavors of melon and citrus. Medium bodied and flavorful.

DRY ROSÉ - $12 | $32

Dry with refreshing strawberry and citrus flavors with a flinty mouthfeel.

SEMI-SWEET WINES

LATE HARVEST CHARDONNAY - $12 | $47

Hung on the vine and harvested last, the grapes were skin-contacted for 24 hours before fermentation, which was halted with grape brandy to preserve sweetness, yielding flavors of honey, ripe pear, dried apricot, and a balanced brandy note.

BLUE TRUCK BLUSH - $12 | $29

Slightly sweet and boisterous with flavors of ripe strawberry, melon and peach.

TOURIGA DULCE - $12 | $35

A traditional Portuguese style dessert wine aged in oak barrels. Touriga Nacional grapes are fortified with grape brandy to preserve the natural sugar level of the grapes. The resulting wine has a rich sweetness with caramel and chocolate notes and a nice brandy flavor.

9TH ANNIVERSARY - $14 | $43

Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Touriga, Sangiovese, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. Flavors of dried cherries, nice fresh red fruit tones and earth. The tannins are smooth and silky and the finish is long and dry.

INDEPENDENCE BORDEAUX BLEND - $13 | $30

Deep and dark purple color with aromas of black licorice front and center supported by black cherry and plum fruit and notes of cola, mint and black pepper. Fruit forward with a full flavor and balance with medium/full tannins. 44% Malbec, 26% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Touriga Nacional, 4% Petit Verdot.

GRENACHE - $13 | $30

Dry, medium-ruby color, medium body, tannin and acidity. Grown in the dry, arid and well drained soils and Mediterranean climate of the Sierra foothills of Northern California.

SYRAH - $13 | $25

Spicy and savory with a hint of butterscotch on the nose. Flavors of mint, coffee, black pepper and chocolate with plum fruit. Medium full tannins and full body. Dry finish.

OUTCAST CABERNET SAUVIGNON - $13 | $49

Made from the highest quality Napa Valley grapes. Deep purple color and flavors of ripe berry, cedar, oak and spice. Tannins are big and juicy but aged to a perfect velvety texture.
