Our events team will be happy to plan your perfect wedding and reception. Dreaming of an expansive outdoor wedding? An elegant indoor affair? Our highly creative team will turn your vision into reality and tend to every detail. We can arrange a formal dinner from our seasonal menus, a delectable buffet, or an array of food stations combined with an assembly of served or stationary hors d’oeuvres. All options are paired with Kaya’s finest wines. On the day of your event, arrive assured that everything is taken care of and have a wonderful time!
Rehearsal Dinners
Throwing a rehearsal dinner is all about making memories that last a lifetime. At Kaya, we offer several unique wedding rehearsal ideas, such as a dinner in our beautiful pavilion overlooking the vineyards or even a fun interactive class which includes your food paired with wine.
Our most recent addition to the Kaya family, the Dahlonega Resort and Vineyard, is the perfect setting that allows you to relax and let us take care of all the details for your rehearsal dinner. We provide everything from a private room equipped with linens, tables, and chairs, to delicious food, an on-site spa, renovated lodging options and amazing wine. The resort is just over a mile away from Kaya Vineyard and Winery, making it an easy shuttle hop for you and your guests after your rehearsal walk-through.
Kaya is also proud to partner with The 1888 House, located in the historic town of Dahlonega, Georgia. Enjoy an elegant and intimate rehearsal dinner space with seating for up to 90 people, equipped with surround sound, access to gorgeous bars serving Kaya wine, and a setting built for exquisite memories. The 1888 House is the ideal space for an unforgettable evening that will set the tone for the entire weekend, and is only 15 minutes from Kaya Vineyard and Winery.

GUEST QUESTIONS
What time should I arrive?
Proper wedding etiquette is that all guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
Where should I park?
Kaya has plenty of parking, including a parking attendant who will greet you at our double gate and direct you to the nearest parking spot.
Will I have to pay for parking?
No, parking is provided free of charge.
Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?
Proper wedding etiquette is to avoid the color white unless directed otherwise by the contracted couple.
Are kids welcome?
We leave this decision up to the contracted couple. The couple’s wedding website is a great place to check for event specific information like this.
I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?
Kaya Vineyard and Winery is excited to announce we have four onsite craftsmen cottages, all fully furnished, along with our newest addition - the Dahlonega Resort and Vineyard. Dahlonega Resort and Vineyard is less than a mile from Kaya with a variety of lodging and spa options. Request information on our shuttle service to safely travel between the two properties. Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Kaya is a wheelchair accessible facility.
What should/could I do between the ceremony and the reception?
The wedding couple has you covered - enjoy a mingle friendly cocktail hour after the ceremony to get your stomach ready for a full dinner.

What is the venue's capacity?
Kaya Vineyard and Winery can host an event up to 200 guests.
Do you have a Wedding Planner?
Yes! Our Wedding Planner is available for unlimited phone call and email appointments, three in-person planning appointments, a day prior rehearsal walk-through, and the execution of your big day.
Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes, for everything but catering.
Do you allow outside catering?
Kaya is honored to provide our own catering service for all contracted events.
Who do I contact to set up a tour?
Our Event Manager, Haylee, would love to send you some basic pricing and tour information. Please use the contact listed below to send her some days and times that work best for you to tour our property.
What will I receive at the tour?
At the tour, we will prepare you a customized pricing estimate, sales brochure, and menu packet. That way you can gain a full understanding of what we have to offer you as a venue and leave with all your questions answered.
