What time should I arrive?

Proper wedding edict requests that all guests arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Where should I park?

A :

Kaya has plenty of parking. A parking attendant will greet you at our double gate and direct you to the nearest parking spot.

Will I have to pay for parking?

A :

No.

Q :

Are there any colors that guests should avoid wearing?

A :

Proper wedding etiquette is to avoid the color white unless directed otherwise by the contracted couple.

Are kids welcome?

We leave this decision up to the contracted couple. A wedding website is a great place to check for event specific information like this.

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

A :

Kaya Vineyard and Winery is excited to announce we have four craftsmen cottages being built in the winter of 2017. Pease call our office or visit our website for booking information.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

What should/could I do between the ceremony and the reception?

A :

The wedding couple has you covered, enjoy a mingle friendly cocktail hour after the ceremony to get your belly ready for a full dinner.

Yes, take advantage of a full cocktail hour and dinner reception.

What is the venues capacity?

Kaya Vineyard and Winery can host an event up to 200 guests.

Q :

Do guests need to pay for parking?

A :

No, we have plenty of on site parking and we include a parking attendant with each contracted event to direct guests to the nearest spot.

Do you have a Wedding Planner?

A :

Yes! Our Wedding Planner is available for unlimited phone call and email appointments, three in person planning appointments, a day prior rehearsal walk-through, and the execution of your big day!

Do you allow outside vendors?

A :

Yes, for everything but catering.

Kaya Vineyard and Winery is honored to provide catering service for all contracted events.

Who do I contact to set up a tour?

Our Event Manager, Taylor, would love to send you some basic pricing and tour information. Please use the contact listed below to send her some days and times that work best for you to tour our property.

What will I receive at the tour?

A :

At the tour we will prepare you a customized pricing estimate, sales brochure and menu packet. That way you gain a full understanding of what we have to offer you as a venue and leave with all of your questions answered.
